So, without further ado, let’s embark on a rollercoaster ride through the realm of live TV moments that have left an indelible mark on our screens and our memories.

1. One button too many

The air condition in this news studio must’ve been malfunctioning, because the news anchor pictured above started to unbutton her shirt in the middle of a broadcast. She was so focused on what she was telling her audience, that she didn’t realize she was going one button too far.

You can see her undoing the fifth button in the picture above, which revealed her bra to the world for a short time. She quickly realized her mistake and covered herself up again, but not before millions of people had gotten a peek behind closed buttons.

Oof! Continue for another spicy clothing fail.

2. She Announces The Wrong Oscar

After accidentally receiving the wrong envelope, the presenters of the 2017 Oscar for Best Picture – Faye Dunaway and Warren Beatty – announced that La La Land would take home the prestigious award. Unfortunately, that honor fell to the film Moonlight. The audience watched in real time as La La Land’s crew received their golden statuette, only to take it back moments later.

The whole exchange was so incredible that one of La La Land’s producers, Jordan Horowitz, had to hold up the sign announcing Moonlight’s win so the TV audience could see it. “This isn’t a joke,” another producer reassured the crowd, “they read the wrong thing.”

Oof! That’s such a awkward live tv-moment.
