You know what they say: breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But a lot of people often don’t have enough time in the morning to prepare themselves something healthy and sit down to eat it.
We eat breakfast on the go, throw back a cup of coffee or don’t eat anything until lunch time rolls around. We won’t have to explain to you how unhealthy this is for you, but we will tell you it’s probably time for a change if you do these things. There’s no need to prepare yourself a fancy, time-consuming breakfast every morning – nobody has time for that. Plus, we prefer to stay in bed for a few extra minutes if at all possible. Luckily, you’ve got yourself a decent breakfast already with just a banana and a glass of warm water. The effects of these two things on your body are amazing!
